Aft fuselage 10-21 to 10-26

Before the side panels are riveted all the wiring and static lines have to be installed along with the rudder cables. It’s not a difficult job but it does take a little bit of study to work out where everything routes and subsequently terminates. As I mentioned in the previous post, I have used the Cleaveland Tools static kit which is really nice to fit. One aspect I was quite disappointed by was that the loom that terminates in a micro Molex plug, came apart really easily. The wires had not been crimped securely into the pins and 3 of the 5 wires came away from the plug. I will use D-sub pins and connectors when I work out what the loom actually connects to!
