Way back in tail cone days, I (and in my defence two other builders) fitted the rudder cables round the wrong way i.e. the double sided clevice to fit the rudder horn I had at the pedal end. Looking at the plans I find it hard to understand how I did this now but as tail cone join is getting closer, I wanted to do this while I had easy access. I drilled out two blind rivets at the forward end of the cable guides and this gave enough give to slide the cable and clevice out. Easy job.
